Data Analyst Intern:  
* Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality  
* Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets  
* Profecient in R or Python  
* Experience in working with SQL/MySQL, Hive/Spark, etc.  

Marketing Intern:  
* Manage content output on social platforms  
* Assist clients in the planning of marketing campaigns and events  
* Leverage Microsoft relationship to fund client demos, workshops, and other presale activities  
* Update website as needed  

Software Engineer Intern:  
* Experience in at least one multifaced server-side language : PHP, Python, Perl, Java, Ruby, Scala or similar  
* Experience working with Hadoop /Hive /Spark  
* Creativity and quick problem solving capabilities  
* Excellent communication skills, an individual who is analytical and internet thinking.  

UI/UX Design Intern:  
* Proven UX & UI design experiences with a strong portfolio  
* Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototyping  
* Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to human-centered design  
* Ability to present your designs and solutions  
* Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively  

Product Management Intern:  
* Identify market opportunities and define product vision and strategy  
* Understand customer needs and gather product requirements to improve engagement  
* Partner with engineers, and designers and research teams to oversee the user experience of a product from conception until launch  
* Understanding of user research methodologies and A/B test planning/execution
